He knew that he could help people with their home heating needs and do a better job of it than his competition. Ray knew that providing quality service, fair pricing and a commitment to treat people the way that he would want to be treated would be the way to build the business. Though we’ve grown, we still have the same commitment to those values today as when Ray first started the business.
